Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to join our team. This full-time, in-person role involves designing and reviewing electrical systems for diverse building projects, including commercial, residential, and healthcare facilities. You will be a key technical contributor, ensuring all designs meet functional requirements and comply with relevant standards.
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop and review comprehensive electrical system designs, including schematics, layouts, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.
• You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, structural, HVAC, and plumbing engineers—to ensure integrated and coordinated project execution.
• A key part of your role involves detailed technical planning and calculations, such as electrical load analysis, voltage drop, short circuit studies, and power-saving/solar system assessments.
• You will also contribute to project planning, scheduling, and procurement coordination, preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and ensuring designs adhere to all safety and performance standards.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building services. You must be proficient in design standards, calculation methodologies, and cross-disciplinary coordination to deliver high-quality MEP solutions.
• Qualifications: A B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Core Experience: 2 to 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP electrical design for commercial, residential, and/or hospital building projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, ELV, Fire Fighting, Power Distribution, HVAC, and Plumbing interfaces. Proficiency in designing lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, and security systems (FA, PA, CCTV) is essential.
• Standards & Documentation: Familiarity with Indian and international electrical codes. Ability to prepare cable schedules, tray sizing, load calculations, BOQs, technical specs, and tender documents as per MSEB standards and district schedule rates.
