Job Description
As an Electronics Technician at AeroChamp, you will be an integral part of our technical operations team. Your primary focus will be the hands-on repair, maintenance, and enhancement of electronic systems and analogue circuits. You will engage in reverse engineering projects to analyze and improve existing circuit designs, contributing directly to product development and reliability.
You will also collaborate closely with external partners, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) vendors, to ensure quality and timely production. Your role will involve building and testing prototype circuits, as well as the final assembly and rigorous testing of completed units to ensure they meet our strict performance standards. Education & Experience:
Mandatory educational qualification: ITI in Electronics Mechanic OR a Diploma in Electronics.
2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in electronics repair, maintenance, and circuit development.
Technical Skills & Responsibilities:
Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and systems.
Conduct reverse engineering and implement improvements for existing analogue circuitries.
Coordinate effectively with PCB layout and EMS manufacturing vendors.
Build, assemble, and solder prototype circuits for testing and validation.
Execute thorough testing procedures for prototype and final assembled units.
Willingness to undergo company-provided training to enhance skills.
