Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Directors at Silver Group. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key right-hand partner, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of their schedules, communications, and critical business activities.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of executive support, from meticulously organizing meetings and managing correspondence to preparing reports and presentations. You will be entrusted with managing the Directors’ time effectively, taking dictation, and ensuring flawless follow-up on action items. This position requires exceptional discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with proven experience in supporting senior leadership. We require a detail-oriented individual with impeccable communication skills and a mastery of administrative tools.

Education & Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum 3 years of total work experience, with substantial experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy are required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Organize and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide timely reminders.

Perform advanced time management activities for Directors.

Take dictation and prepare accurate minutes of meetings (MoM).

Prepare agendas, draft reports, letters, and presentations (charts, graphs).

Review, prioritize, and respond to incoming mail and correspondence on behalf of Directors.

Set up and manage video conferencing systems.

Establish and maintain efficient filing and record management systems.

Update and track the conclusion and action items from meetings.

Exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication.

Demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Andheri, Mumbai.
