Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership. This full-time, on-site role is central to ensuring executive productivity and requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the unique ability to manage a dynamic workload, including frequent travel alongside the executives you support.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handling all confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinating and managing detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Accompaniment of executives on required travel to provide on-the-ground logistical support.
• Serving as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, and assisting with special projects and research as assigned.

The required skills and qualifications are:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in prioritizing under pressure.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
• Unwavering professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Must be flexible and willing to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
