Job Description
WAidon is a bootstrapped startup aiming to become a leading name in the hair regrowth sector. This full-time, in-person role is based in D.N. Nagar, Mumbai, and focuses on patient engagement after purchase of prescribed treatment kits. The role requires explaining medical information clearly, supporting patients through their treatment journey, and ensuring accurate record maintenance in the CRM system.
• Conduct post-purchase calls with patients who have bought prescribed kits
• Explain the treatment roadmap for the next two months to ensure adherence
• Clearly explain the medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM
• Communicate expected treatment outcomes in a realistic and supportive manner
• Guide patients on common side effects and actions during adverse effects
• Resolve patient queries with empathy and clarity
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and feedback in CRM
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should come from a healthcare, pharma, or life sciences background with strong comprehension and communication skills. The role requires the ability to explain medical concepts in simple terms while maintaining professionalism and empathy during patient interactions.
• Background in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences
• B.Pharm or D.Pharm preferred (Diploma required)
• Strong verbal communication and explanation skills
• Ability to understand and convey medical information clearly
• Patient-centric approach with empathy and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and documentation
• Willingness to commute or relocate to D.N. Nagar, Mumbai
