We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to serve as the cornerstone of our people operations within the dynamic Legal and Finance sector. Based on-site in Navi Mumbai, this role is pivotal in managing the complete employee lifecycle while partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with our specific business goals in RERA and financial services. You will be responsible for blending operational precision with strategic vision to foster a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.
In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of HR functions, requiring both administrative rigor and strategic insight. Your core duties will include:
• Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management: Managing end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles (CA/RERA/Legal), onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and maintaining meticulous, audit-ready employee documentation.
• Performance & Development: Implementing performance management cycles, coordinating training programs, and managing employee relations and grievance redressal.
• Strategic Partnership & Culture: Assisting in manpower planning, organizing engagement activities, and enhancing the company’s employer brand on professional platforms.

The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Experience: 1.5–3 years as an HR Generalist, with preference for candidates from professional services (CA firms, Legal, or Real Estate).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; a PGDM in HR is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office (especially Excel) and professional social media management skills.
