Plum Goodness is launching an Executive Trainee program in Finance & Accounts at our Thane office, designed for high-potential CMA-qualified freshers and early-career professionals. This full-time, 6-month traineeship offers a structured pathway into the Finance function of a fast-growing D2C consumer brand. The role is built to provide comprehensive, hands-on exposure across core areas including accounting, financial reporting, MIS, internal controls, and business finance.
You will support the Finance team in daily operations, monthly closing activities, and the preparation of vital management reports. The core mandate is to build strong functional capabilities and a deep understanding of Plum’s business model. Success in this role means taking ownership of assigned tasks, delivering accurate work, and developing credibility through reliability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support monthly closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and schedule preparation.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking exercises.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit/statutory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) to understand business drivers.
• Assist in improving financial processes, controls, and data accuracy.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a CMA-qualified individual (or CMA Final completed) with 0-1 years of experience, eager to build a career in corporate finance. You should possess strong fundamentals in accounting and costing, coupled with good analytical ability and a high attention to detail. Exposure through articleship, internship, or academic projects is a plus.

Required Skills & Mindset:
• CMA qualification (or CMA Final completed).
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, costing, and financial concepts.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots preferred).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong ownership, ethics, integrity, and comfort with data.
Job Details & Benefits:
• Pay: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month (Annual Stipend)
