Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Executive to lead our international business expansion and manage overseas client relationships. This full-time, permanent role is central to driving our global sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring seamless order execution. You will be the key interface between our company and international clients, responsible for growing revenue and building long-term partnerships in line with our business objectives.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end export process, from market identification to final shipment and compliance. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Business Development: Researching and targeting new international markets to acquire customers and develop effective export sales strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing overseas clients and acting as the primary contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Sales & Marketing: Conducting market and competitor analysis, and developing tailored marketing proposals for international clients.
• Export Documentation & Compliance: Coordinating logistics, preparing shipping documents, handling Letters of Credit (LC), and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaising with internal production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and providing regular sales performance reports and market feedback.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong understanding of international trade, excellent communication skills, and a talent for building client relationships. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex documentation and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Proven experience in export sales, business development, or international marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and international trade compliance.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal team coordination.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and solve problems efficiently.
