Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Export Marketing Executive to spearhead our international growth in the engineering and fabricated products sector. In this role, you will manage the full export cycle, from market development and client acquisition to order execution and documentation. You will be the key link between our company and international clients, ensuring seamless operations and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic export marketing plans to penetrate and grow in targeted international markets.
• Handle all overseas client interactions, including initial inquiries, technical follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Prepare accurate and compelling commercial documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, and all necessary export documentation.
• Coordinate efficiently with internal production and logistics teams, as well as external freight forwarders, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Proactively identify new export opportunities and generate qualified leads through online B2B portals, trade directories, and market research.
• Ensure strict compliance with all international trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific documentation requirements.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote products and build the brand.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated international trade professional with a solid foundation in export procedures and a proven ability to drive sales in the engineering sector.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in export marketing, international sales, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Specific experience with engineering, fabricated, or industrial products is highly preferred.
• Export Expertise: Good working knowledge of export procedures, documentation (PI, BL, COO), and Incoterms.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for professional client correspondence and negotiations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with email and online B2B platforms.
• Personal Attributes: Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong follow-up and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.
