In this role, you will lead and support operational teams handling international client accounts. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to a positive, productive work culture—all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for international customer support processes, ensuring targets and SLAs are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve high performance and quality standards.
• Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and engagement.
• Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an international BPO/customer service setting.

• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment with self-discipline and time-management skills.
