Job Description
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking a proactive and client-facing Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist. This role goes beyond campaign management—you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for driving performance, explaining results, and resolving issues to ensure complete client satisfaction. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ growth and our agency’s success.
Ad Management: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, focusing on key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.). Conduct A/B tests and scale winning strategies.
Client Communication: Act as the main client liaison, addressing questions on performance, lead quality, and account issues. Explain strategies and results clearly in simple, non-technical terms.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and resolve issues related to ad rejections, billing, delivery, and lead tracking.
Strategy & Reporting: Develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with client goals, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives and client expectations.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a Meta Ads expert with strong analytical skills and exceptional client communication abilities. You must be a problem-solver who can build client trust, manage campaigns independently, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Proven 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead generation funnels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
Experience in direct client handling, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for ROI.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
Willingness to work night shifts as required.
