Job Description
This full-time, permanent role is central to our production operations, requiring hands-on management of the entire garment creation lifecycle. The Production Coordinator will be the vital link between design intent and final output, ensuring every piece meets stringent quality, timeline, and specification standards. You will oversee processes from initial sampling to final delivery, maintaining clear communication with masters and karigars (artisans) to bring technical packs to life.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the end-to-end production process: sample approval, final pattern making, and coordinating fabric, embroidery, and print availability.
• Explaining technical packs in detail to masters and karigars, ensuring complete understanding of styles, measurements, and construction details.
• Deciding production quantities, tracking progress across multiple units, and managing critical deadlines.
• Implementing and overseeing quality assurance checks at various stages to ensure garments meet all specifications.
• Tracking inventory, printing stock sheets, and creating detailed production schedules and plans.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in garment construction and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential to bridge design concepts with on-ground execution, ensuring production excellence.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Fashion Design or a directly related production role is required.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Technical Skills: A strong technical understanding of garment styles, fabric behavior, and body measurements.
• Industry Knowledge: A formal fashion background or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Language: Must be able to read and write Hindi proficiently for clear technical communication.
