Evolve Artisanal, a creator of bespoke metal-finish panels and art surfaces, seeks a versatile Graphic Designer & Photographer. This full-time role sits at the heart of our craft, requiring you to seamlessly bridge design, documentation, and brand storytelling. You will translate client visions into production-ready designs, visually document our process from factory to final installation, and create compelling renders and videos that showcase our unique work.
• Position: Full-time Graphic Designer & Photographer.
• Location: In-person role based in Mira Road, Mumbai, with 25% travel for site documentation.
• Core Responsibility: Integrate design development, visual documentation, and brand content creation.
• Key Duties: Create production designs for custom panels; photograph and film processes in factory, showroom, and on-site; produce realistic renders and edit engaging video content for digital platforms.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry (design, interiors, manufacturing) and is proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite, and rendering software. We seek a hands-on creative who thrives both behind a screen and on the factory floor, with strong photography/videography skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; strong rendering skills (e.g., Blender); video editing ability; competency in DSLR and phone-based photography/videography.
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, multi-faceted work setting.
• Experience: 1 year of graphic design experience required; 1-3 years in industry design/interiors/manufacturing preferred.
• Mindset: A practical, hands-on creative comfortable in factory and site environments, passionate about craftsmanship and execution.
