At Ivory Rose, the Fashion Merchandiser is the vital link connecting creative vision with commercial success. You will be responsible for curating seasonal collections that embody our elegant, conscious, and quietly bold ethos. Your role blends analytical precision with creative intuition to ensure every product resonates deeply with our customer’s lifestyle.
You will collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Marketing teams to strategically plan and execute the product journey. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Developing seasonal line plans and range architecture.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast demand.
• Determining product pricing and margin strategies.
• Ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time, balancing artistry with strategy.
• Championing thoughtful consumption through curated, meaningful collections.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of analytical and creative talents, guided by a passion for purposeful fashion. You must have an instinct for storytelling through product and the ability to interpret data to shape commercial decisions. A firm belief that fashion represents what we stand for is essential.
Required experience and competencies include:
