Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Consultant to join our retail studio located on the iconic Linking Road in Bandra West. This role is central to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will engage with clients to understand their style, provide expert fashion advice, and guide them toward purchase decisions. Your deep understanding of fashion and commitment to outstanding service will help build lasting customer relationships and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and interact with customers warmly, understanding their needs, preferences, and style aspirations.
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise, suggesting options and styling advice tailored to each customer.
• Answer customer queries regarding products, trends, and styling with confidence and expertise.
• Assist customers in making purchase decisions and process payments using the store’s point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stockroom and manage special orders when required.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service duties efficiently.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of style, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven background in retail sales. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and possesses a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Extensive knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and the merchandise being sold.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend suitable products confidently.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale system.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods in a retail setting.
