Job Description
We are a premier hospitality establishment located in the serene surroundings of Mulshi. We are seeking a responsible, guest-oriented, and experienced F&B Captain to lead our dining service operations. In this supervisory role, you will be the linchpin of our restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service, upholding high standards of quality and hygiene, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and special events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising all restaurant floor activities and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Allocating duties to service staff, monitoring their performance, and providing on-shift guidance.
Coordinating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Greeting guests, assisting with order-taking when necessary, and promptly resolving any service-related issues.
Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), table setup standards, hygiene protocols, and overall service quality.
Assisting in training new staff, conducting daily briefings, and preparing shift reports.
Managing the order flow, supporting the billing process, and assisting with basic inventory coordination.
Supporting the setup and service for banquets and special events as required.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record in fine dining or resort service, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest service excellence.
The required qualifications are:
2–4 years of experience in roles such as Steward, Senior Steward, or F&B Captain within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Demonstrated leadership, multitasking, and team-handling abilities.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, service etiquettes, and F&B standards.
A well-groomed, professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
Willingness to work in Mulshi, Pune, and reliably commute or relocate. Relocation assistance may be provided.
