Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and supporting the company’s financial health. You will handle tasks ranging from bookkeeping to financial reporting, while adhering to statutory compliance and internal policies. This position requires precision, integrity, and a proactive approach to maintaining organized and transparent financial documentation.

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
• Handling payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions such as TDS, GST, and PF.
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to ensure accurate financial positioning.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation during internal and statutory audits.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating high levels of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA, or M.Com is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, preferably in a full-time accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Vyapar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and auditors.
• High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in handling confidential financial information.
