Job Description
We are a prominent Two-Wheeler Dealership located in Panvel, seeking a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for guiding customers through their entire purchase journey—from the initial enquiry to post-sales follow-up. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and informative showroom experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Attending to customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on suitable two-wheeler models.
• Delivering detailed product knowledge, explaining vehicle features, benefits, and conducting demonstrations.
• Preparing and presenting accurate cost quotations, financing options, and exchange details to customers.
• Meticulously recording customer enquiries and maintaining an organized follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
• Submitting daily sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager and conducting post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer delight.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a two-wheeler or automotive dealership is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations, managing enquiries, and performing consistent follow-ups.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records and generating reports.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives.
• A polite, patient, and professional demeanor with all customers.
