Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Field Executive to join our team in Pune. In this hands-on role, you will be the face of our company on the ground, handling essential field operations including client visits, documentation, collections, and logistical support. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth execution of daily tasks and ensure our clients receive timely and professional service. This role is ideal for someone disciplined, comfortable with daily travel, and eager to support dynamic business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients and vendors to collect/submit documents, obtain signatures, handle deliveries, and manage collections.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to complete field assignments efficiently and on schedule.
• Ensure proper handling, security, and confidentiality of all company documents and materials.
• Maintain accurate daily reports of field activities and task completion status.
• Support basic office operational tasks when not in the field and handle urgent, same-day assignments as needed.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a responsible and independent professional with 1–2 years of field or operations experience. You must be punctual, trustworthy, and possess strong route knowledge of Pune, along with the ability to interact professionally with clients and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Field Executive, Field Runner, or Operations Assistant. Experience in outdoor sales or logistics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interactions.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Strong knowledge of Pune routes and locations is essential.
• Basic proficiency in using a mobile phone or laptop for reporting, updates, and communication.
• Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with discipline and integrity.
