We are seeking diligent and qualified individuals to join our team as Fire and Safety Marshals. In this vital role, you will be a key member of our on-site First Response team, responsible for emergency preparedness and the integrity of our safety systems. Your primary duties involve monitoring safety installations, responding to incidents, and ensuring a secure environment through daily vigilance and proactive supervision.
• Role: Serve as an active member of the First Response team, handling emergencies and ensuring site-wide fire and safety compliance.
• Key Responsibilities: Respond to and assist in addressing safety incidents. Conduct daily monitoring, inspection, and supervision of all fire and safety equipment and installations on site.
• Work Environment: This position requires a full-time, on-site presence to maintain constant safety oversight.
• Job Type: Available as a Full-time position or Internship, offering a starting monthly salary from ₹12,500.
Skill Requirement

• Education: Must possess a 6-month or 1-year Diploma in Fire and Safety.
• Experience: Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Attributes: Must be alert, responsible, and able to perform effectively under pressure as part of a team.
• Physical Requirement: Must be medically fit to perform the duties of a first responder and conduct site inspections.
• Location: Must be available to work in person at the designated site location.
