The required skills and qualifications are:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and discipline.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Freshers with a demonstrable passion for HR and recruitment may also be considered.
• Must be based in or have a strong understanding of the Mumbai job market.
