Job Description
We are seeking a certified and passionate Female Freelance Trainer/Adjunct Faculty to deliver essential skill development programs for school students (Classes 6-10) across Mumbai and Palghar. Your primary objective will be to engage and empower young learners by teaching vital soft skills, life skills, and computer competencies. You will translate curriculum objectives into interactive and impactful classroom sessions, ensuring students achieve the desired learning outcomes in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the student cohort (ages 11-16) and deliver assigned lessons on soft skills, life skills, and basic computer proficiency effectively.
• Ensure all training sessions meet predefined learning objectives and outcomes.
• Employ clear communication, interactive techniques, and strong presentation skills to engage students.
• Demonstrate and teach core abilities like critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
• Collaborate with the project team and submit necessary reports and feedback in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions in person at various school locations in Mumbai and Palghar, Maharashtra.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an empathetic and dynamic communicator with proven experience in teaching or training young students. You must be highly organized, adept at classroom management, and committed to fostering a positive and disciplined learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A valid training/coaching certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or in a related teaching/training role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience delivering classroom training to school students is essential.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, manage classroom discipline, and assess student progress.
• Must be a good listener and adhere strictly to the project’s philosophy, timelines, and content.
