We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk & Administration Executive to support our school’s daily operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and organized experience. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the school environment, from managing inquiries and appointments to supporting office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors, parents, and students with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Handle administrative duties including maintaining student and staff records, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.
• Assist with daily office operations such as correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Support school events, meetings, and activities with logistical and administrative coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in front desk reception, customer service, or school administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional, patient, and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact positively with parents, students, and staff.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
