Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Reservation Executive to oversee daily front desk operations and manage reservations for our service apartment. You will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests, from initial inquiry through check-out, while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all reservations and bookings, ensuring the system is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee front desk activities, including guest check-in, check-out, and efficient room allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and prompt responses.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred).
• Proficiency in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
