We are seeking a polished and personable Front Office Executive to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience while managing front desk operations, appointments, and clinic coordination with professionalism and discretion.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and well-groomed presence.
• Managing appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation to optimize clinic flow.
• Handling billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Coordinating between clients, medical staff, and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and patient privacy.

We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Prior experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury clinic, hotel, or spa.
• Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle billing, cash management, and administrative duties accurately.
• Discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality in a clinical setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly under pressure.
• A customer-centric attitude with a calm and problem-solving approach.
