We are looking for a dedicated front desk and administrative professional to join our school community. This full-time, in-person role is central to creating a welcoming and organized environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The candidate will manage reception duties and support daily administrative operations essential to the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist with student and parent coordination, attendance tracking, and general office support.
Manage school supplies, coordinate deliveries, and provide logistical support as needed.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:
Prior experience in a front desk and administrative role is required.
