Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Desk & Reservation Executive to be the welcoming face of our service apartments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all front desk operations, manage the reservation lifecycle from booking to check-out, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will coordinate directly with guests, handle inquiries, and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and guest satisfaction through exceptional service and efficient administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all reservations and bookings, ensuring the system is accurately updated in real-time.
• Oversee front desk operations, including smooth check-in/check-out processes and optimal room allocation.
• Coordinate proactively with guests before and during their stay, responding to inquiries and resolving requests.
• Maintain meticulous records and generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in front desk, reservations, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in reservation management software (e.g., Opera, RMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor.
