Skuccii Supercliniq is a premier luxury aesthetic clinic in Lower Parel, Mumbai, specializing in advanced skin, hair, and body contouring treatments under the leadership of medical head Dr. Meghna Mour. Operating in a high-end, celebrity-endorsed environment with US FDA-approved technology, we deliver personalized, luxurious care. We are seeking a polished and professional Front Office Executive to be the welcoming first point of contact for our discerning clientele. This role is central to creating an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless front desk operations and providing comprehensive administrative support in our dynamic clinical setting.

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, embodying the clinic’s luxury ethos.
• Managing all inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with excellent communication skills.
• Handling end-to-end appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation for all clinic services.
• Coordinating patient flow, managing waiting times, and ensuring a comfortable lounge experience.
• Processing client billing, payments, and generating invoices with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintaining and updating electronic patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Assisting in clinic coordination by liaising between clients, medical staff, and management.
• Managing inventory of front office supplies and supporting basic administrative tasks as needed.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will be impeccably groomed, poised, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to thrive in a luxury service environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

We require:
• A graduate degree in any discipline; prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or a premium clinic/hospital is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is essential.
• Strong customer service orientation with a welcoming and empathetic attitude.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, email) and experience with appointment management software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, well-groomed appearance that aligns with a luxury brand image.
