Manoj V. Jain & Co., a professional chartered accountancy firm, is seeking a courteous and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be the welcoming face of our office, responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth, professional environment for clients and staff alike. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and supporting efficient office functioning.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and directing them appropriately.
• Managing all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and routing calls to the correct personnel.
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments as per office protocols.
• Handling all inward and outward couriers, documents, and correspondence.
• Maintaining visitor logs and ensuring office security and entry protocols are followed.
• Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.
• Coordinating with internal teams, housekeeping, and vendors as needed.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a fresher or has up to 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within a CA firm or professional services environment. A pleasant personality and professional demeanor are essential.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass; a graduation degree is preferred.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency in email, MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for communication and documentation.
• Personal Attributes: A professional appearance, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a CA office will be a significant added advantage.
