VibesCapes is seeking vibrant and service-driven Guest Service Associates (GSA) to join our Front Office team at our scenic resorts in Mulshi and Karjat. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, smooth operations, and attentive service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless stay from check-in to check-out.
Your responsibilities will focus on guest interaction, administrative coordination, and supporting resort operations. Key duties include:
• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism at all times.
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Assisting with reservations, managing guest queries, and fulfilling special requests.
• Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintaining accurate guest records, payment processing, and upholding confidentiality standards.

Must-have qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is advantageous.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to commute reliably to Mulshi/Karjat or willingness to relocate with provided assistance.
Preferred experience:
• 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (freshers may also apply).
• Prior experience in the hospitality or resort industry is beneficial.
