As a Front Office Executive at Centro Hotels, you will be the welcoming face of our boutique hotel, dedicated to creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests. You will manage the full guest cycle with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure. Your role is pivotal in delivering our commitment to heartfelt service, from managing reservations to coordinating with other departments for flawless operations.
• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure readiness for arrivals.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately within the hotel management system.
• Provide personalized service, offering recommendations and coordinating services like transportation.
You will also be responsible for key administrative functions that support our operational excellence. This includes maintaining meticulous guest records, preparing daily management reports, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and efficient. Your role requires proactive communication with all hotel departments to uphold our high standards of guest experience and safety.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and manage payment processing securely.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security policies at the front office.
• Monitor hotel safety and report any concerns promptly

• Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
