• Maintain accurate front office records, including reservations, guest accounts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk, managing calls, emails, and walk-ins.
