Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for all patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is central to managing daily clinic operations, handling communications, and supporting administrative functions to deliver efficient patient service.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, addressing patient enquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Actively perform telecalling for scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and conducting follow-ups.
• Coordinate daily schedules with doctors and therapists to ensure optimal workflow.
• Maintain accurate basic records of patient interactions and appointment data.
• Oversee all front-desk activities, ensuring operations are smooth and organized.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
