Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our installation team as an Installation Assistant. In this entry-level role, you will provide crucial on-site support for the mechanical installation and assembly of elevator systems and components. You will work directly under the guidance of experienced Field Technicians and Engineers, gaining hands-on experience in a technical field environment. This position is an excellent opportunity to build a practical skill set in the elevator industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the mechanical installation of elevators by fitting parts together using nuts, bolts, and hand tools.
• Assist with aligning and positioning components correctly on-site according to specifications.
• Help with connecting pre-assembled and pre-wired electrical plugs and connections.
• Provide general assistance to Field Technicians and Engineers with various on-site tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety protocols.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent technical graduate who is eager to learn, physically fit for hands-on work, and has a strong interest in mechanics or electrical systems. We are looking for reliable individuals who can follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic on-site environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ITI or NCTVT certificate in a relevant field, such as:
• Electrician, Fitter, Lift Mechanic, or Electro-Mechanic
• Mechanical, Welder, Turner, or Mechanist
• Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Refrigeration Engineering
• Electronics
• Age between 18 and 24 years.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of related experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work at heights on construction sites.
• Good attitude, willingness to take direction, and a strong focus on safety.
