Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Fundraising Trainer cum Team Leader to lead and inspire our on-ground fundraising teams across diverse locations. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for organizing campaigns, training new members, and driving your team to meet and exceed donation targets for our NGO’s vital projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead fundraising campaigns at various public locations, including streets, malls, retail outlets, housing societies, corporate offices, and events.
• Train, mentor, and develop new and existing team members in effective fundraising techniques and best practices.
• Motivate the team daily to achieve individual and collective daily, weekly, and monthly donation targets.
• Create awareness about the NGO’s activities and projects, inspiring people to support through one-time or long-term monthly donations.
• Build strong, professional relationships with the public and foster a positive, cohesive team atmosphere.
• Ensure strict adherence to all operational rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate tracking of team performance (MIS) against targets and report on achievements.

Requirements:
• Education: A Graduation degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising, field sales, team leadership, or a related field.
• Qualities: Must be positive, energetic, target-driven, and a strong team player with the best communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent English is compulsory. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to Travel: Must be ready for extensive travel (approx. 75%) to various campaign locations.
• Skills: Positive approach, active listening, ability to take on challenges, and seriousness about building a career in the social sector.
