Job Description

The Furniture Project Coordinator manages furniture projects from start to finish. This role ensures customer specifications are accurately translated into the final delivered product, adhering to strict timelines, quality standards, and financial protocols. The coordinator acts as the central link between sales, production, accounts, and the client for a seamless execution experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer orders from sales, verifying all specifications, finishes, and timelines.
• Confirm receipt of client payments as per agreed milestones before project commencement.
• Conduct site visits for accurate measurements and assess delivery feasibility.
• Create and obtain client sign-off on detailed furniture drawings before production.
• Schedule orders into production, coordinating with teams and tracking progress.
• Perform multi-stage quality inspections during manufacturing and final assembly.
• Share quality documentation with clients and secure their pre-dispatch validation.
• Supervise final delivery and installation at the client site.
• Ensure final payment collection and complete all project closure formalities.

They must thrive in a coordination role, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in furniture, interiors, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and material finishes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and furniture layouts.
• Proficiency with basic project management tools and MS Office suite.
• Keen attention to detail for quality control and documentation accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for measurements and installation supervision.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
