Blending functionality with contemporary design, we deliver quality furniture nationwide through an efficient logistics network.
We are seeking a dedicated Furniture Sales Professional for a full-time, on-site role at our Worli showroom. You will be the face of Ventura, engaging customers to understand their needs and recommending tailored furniture solutions. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from product presentation to after-sales support, while helping drive showroom success.
Primary Role: Engage with customers at our Worli showroom, understand their requirements, and provide suitable furniture solutions from our extensive portfolio.
Sales & Service: Present product features, prepare quotations, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Operations Support: Assist in retail operations, maintain product knowledge, and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Model: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring daily work at our Worli, Mumbai location.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focused sales professional with a passion for furniture and design. You should excel in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving, with the drive to meet sales objectives in a dynamic retail environment. A collaborative spirit and a keen eye for customer satisfaction are essential.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Proficiency in retail sales strategies, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for building strong client relationships.
• Sound knowledge of furniture products, trends, and features.
• A collaborative approach and proven ability to address customer needs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in retail sales or the furniture industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in customer interactions.
Logistical Requirements:
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra before starting work.
• Willingness to undertake travel (approximately 25%).
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
