Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Dentist to join our international back-office team based in Mumbai (Kandivali & Lower Parel). Our organization operates a network of dental clinics and laboratories across India and Australia. In this unique hybrid role, you will blend clinical knowledge with patient coordination and practice management. You will be the key liaison, engaging with prospective patients and dental professionals globally through consultations, virtual meetings, and outbound calls, serving as the vital link between our international services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct online and offline patient consultations to understand oral health concerns and provide professional guidance.
• Execute outbound calls to marketing leads from social media, educating patients on treatments and scheduling appointments at our clinics in Mumbai, Liverpool, or Blacktown.
• Maintain detailed patient records, call logs, and appointment schedules using CRM software.
• For our lab operations, coordinate with Australian dentists regarding dental laboratory cases and promote our lab services.
• Manage patient coordination, handle objections, and follow up to ensure a seamless patient journey from inquiry to clinic visit.
Skill Requirement
We welcome both experienced dentists and fresh BDS graduates who are eager to build a career in an international dental management setting. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator, proficient in English, and keen to learn about global dental practices and operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with an international clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, handle patient concerns with empathy, and coordinate effectively with teams.
• Willingness to make extensive outbound calls and manage digital consultations.
• A proactive learner interested in dental lab processes, Australian dentistry standards, and practice management.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Mumbai (Kandivali & Lower Parel offices).
