Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. This full-time, permanent role requires a professional skilled in producing high-impact visual content for digital, print, and social media to promote property projects and strengthen brand visibility. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver compelling designs that meet business goals and deadlines.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide spectrum of design tasks and project coordination. Key duties include:
• Designing print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and emailers.
• Creating engaging social media content, reels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Editing videos and creating basic motion graphics using Filmora and Adobe After Effects.
• Ensuring all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an organized library of design assets.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or related industry work, proficiency in key design software, and the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or allied industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Filmora, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, social media creatives, brochures, and video editing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
• Basic knowledge of website builders like WordPress or Wix.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven design environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
