Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate marketing team. This full-time, permanent role is focused on creating high-impact visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms to promote property projects and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Filmora, and Canva, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict brand consistency.
In this role, you will handle a variety of design and video tasks to support marketing and sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and developing print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and emailers.
• Creating engaging social media content, including reels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Editing and enhancing promotional videos, walkthroughs, and reels using Filmora and Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to translate campaign needs into compelling visual designs.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining an organized asset library, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or related design work, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in essential design software. You should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and branding.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or allied industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Filmora, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, social media creatives, brochures, and video editing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
