Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this full-time, in-person role, you will be responsible for translating design briefs into compelling visual assets across a wide spectrum of media—from digital platforms like social media and websites to print materials such as brochures and packaging. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on managing multiple projects and collaborating with various teams to produce designs that align perfectly with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Concept & Design: Study design briefs to understand project requirements and conceptualize original, innovative visual ideas.
• Visual Creation: Execute designs using industry-standard software, creating layouts, logos, illustrations, and graphics for various marketing materials.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and clients to ensure all designs support the brand identity and project vision.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, adhering to deadlines without compromising quality.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and enforce company brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels and materials.
• Revisions & Finalization: Actively incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and perfect designs for production and publication.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a passionate designer with a solid foundational education and a strong portfolio that showcases versatility and creativity. You should be proficient in key design software, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a collaborative creative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Required).
• Software Proficiency: Expert, mandatory knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as CorelDRAW, Canva, CapCut, and Filmora.
• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating creative range and skill across various media.
• Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and discussing briefs.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
