Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential design support for our real estate portfolio, creating compelling visuals that drive marketing, branding, and sales efforts across all channels.
Your core responsibility will be to translate marketing strategies into high-impact visual assets. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and campaign goals. You will then design a wide range of materials, from traditional print collateral to dynamic digital content, ensuring every piece aligns with brand standards and meets tight deadlines for project launches and on-site promotions.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai, with a salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing creatives for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, standees, and hoardings.
Create engaging digital assets for social media, WhatsApp campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
Develop project branding materials such as logos, code names, typography, and color systems.
Support the sales team by designing presentations, pitch decks, and informational one-pagers.
Coordinate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
Maintain strict consistency with established brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Efficiently manage and execute quick turnarounds for launch campaigns and site-level creative needs.
Skill Requirement

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio highlighting marketing and branding work.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for both print and digital formats.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
Ability to interpret marketing briefs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong time-management skills, with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to receiving and implementing feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the real estate, property development, or related marketing sectors.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign lifecycle.
Familiarity with designing for social media platforms and understanding their specific format requirements.
Knowledge of preparing print-ready files and understanding basic print production processes.
