Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in real estate marketing. This full-time, in-person role focuses on producing compelling visual content that drives branding and sales across our projects. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our developments and creating high-impact materials for both print and digital campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing a wide range of marketing creatives for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, standees, and hoardings.
• Creating digital assets for social media, websites, landing pages, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Developing project branding materials such as logos, color systems, typography, and code names.
• Supporting the sales team with visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and one-pager documents.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver campaign-specific designs while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing work, preferably in real estate or related industries. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with quick turnarounds without compromising on quality or brand consistency.
We require:
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing materials and branding.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, especially as applied to branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and adapt designs based on feedback and campaign requirements.
