HIRA PRINT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This full-time, day-shift role is central to our print production process, where you will transform client visions into print-ready artwork. You will work on a variety of projects, from adapting existing designs to creating new artwork from scratch, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy for final production. Your designs will directly translate into physical prints, making this a hands-on and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt, edit, and finalize client-provided artworks in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW for precise printing and execution.
• Create new, original graphic designs, layouts, and concepts as per detailed client briefs and requirements.
• Prepare and proof all digital files for print, ensuring color accuracy, proper bleed, trim, and resolution.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for various print techniques and materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining organized file management.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proficient designer with a strong portfolio showcasing print-ready work. We value technical precision, creativity, and the ability to follow client briefs closely while ensuring designs are optimized for physical production.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is preferred.
• Mandatory Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, with a required focus on print media.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Adobe Photoshop (PS), is required. Experience with CorelDRAW (CDR) is highly beneficial.
• Core Skills: A strong eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout principles specific to print design.
• Ability to interpret client briefs accurately and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
