Job Description
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop compelling designs for social media, advertising, branding, and various marketing materials, ensuring consistency and impact in all visual communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, branding materials, posters, banners, and infographics.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions on time.
• Edit and enhance images, create reusable templates, and assist with basic motion graphics or video editing as needed.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning and visual strategy.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented designer with at least two years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and be ready to relocate and join immediately to contribute to our creative vision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and marketing creatives.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be an immediate joiner willing to relocate to Pune (Thathawade).
