We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for shaping and supporting our brand’s visual identity across all digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities
• Design & Creative Development: Create compelling visuals for social media, digital ads, banners, posters, and all marketing materials.
• Product & Brand Design: Design product-related assets including catalogues, brochures, spec sheets, and packaging elements.
• Digital Platform Design: Develop and adapt visuals for our website, e-commerce platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs adhere to and strengthen our established brand guidelines.
• Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing to design creatives for festive sales, product launches, and special promotions.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate with printers or vendors for final artwork execution.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a passionate designer with a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and 1–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to contribute to visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house brand team).
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects is a valuable bonus.
• Strong foundational understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of social media formats and digital design best practices.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience or a strong interest in sports, outdoor, automotive, or motorcycle gear brands.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
• A solid understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques.
