Job Description
Parallel Learning is seeking a motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, office-based environment. Working closely with senior designers, you will assist in creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand and support a variety of digital and print marketing initiatives. The internship is a 6-month, full-time commitment with a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
In this role, you will support the design team across multiple projects and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting senior designers in developing creative concepts and executing designs for digital campaigns, social media, website updates, and email newsletters.
• Supporting the design and layout of print materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for marketing projects.
• Maintaining organized design files and adhering to project timelines for timely delivery.
• Staying updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your skills.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of design principles and a willingness to learn. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills are essential for success in this collaborative role.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience:
• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design or a related internship.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional).
