You will master the entire branding execution lifecycle, from digital concept to final physical installation. By integrating design with laser machine operation and AI-aided workflows, you will solve tangible production challenges, making you an indispensable, high-value professional. Your role bridges the gap between creative vision and manufacturing reality, ensuring our branding solutions are not only beautiful but also technically feasible and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create production-ready graphic designs and branding materials (signage, displays, etc.) with precise technical specifications.
• Prepare machine-ready files, layouts, and sizing, accounting for material behavior and production tolerances.
• Operate and learn laser cutting/engraving machines to understand how designs convert into physical products.
• Collaborate with marketing, production teams, and clients to finalize designs based on practical and commercial constraints.
• Utilize and optimize AI-assisted tools to enhance design workflows and efficiency.
• Continuously improve designs based on real-world production feedback and output quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A strong portfolio demonstrating foundational graphic design skills (basic portfolios accepted with a strong learning attitude).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Inkscape.
• A deep-seated willingness to learn laser machine operation and production logic.
• An understanding or keen interest in how AI tools can augment and optimize creative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on execution, material constraints, and commercial feasibility.
• The ability to reliably commute or relocate to Turbhe Khurd, Mumbai, for in-person work.
