Mosaic Wellness builds digital-first health brands for elective health concerns. Our portfolio includes Man Matters, serving 2.5M+ men annually for hair loss, beard growth, fitness, and nutrition; Be Body Wise, serving 4M+ women annually for hair, body, sleep, and nutrition; and Little Joys, helping 2M+ parents yearly with children’s nutrition, immunity, and development. We are seeking a Graphic Designer – Packaging & Illustrations to join our design team and elevate our brand aesthetics.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Conceptualizing and creating innovative, functional, and visually appealing packaging designs.
• Developing dielines and ensuring the delivery of accurate, print-ready artworks.
• Designing engaging and original illustrations for packaging, marketing materials, and brand assets.
• Maintaining a cohesive and premium visual identity across all packaging.
• Overseeing pre-press and production processes to ensure color accuracy and print specification compliance.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of specialized experience in packaging design and illustration, with a strong strategic sense for brand positioning.
Required skills and experience include:
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, dielines, color profiles, and finishes.
• Proven ability to manage the print production process from design to execution.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, or D2C brands is a significant advantage.
