GrowPro Technology is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Greenhouse Worker to join our team in Wadala, Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on the daily operations of our hydroponic greenhouse. You will be at the heart of our sustainable agriculture process, responsible for nurturing plants from seed to harvest and ensuring the quality and readiness of our produce for market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing all stages of hydroponic crop cultivation, including sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings into growers, and harvesting mature produce.
• Monitoring and maintaining optimal nutrient levels in the hydroponic system to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Implementing pest management strategies to protect crops in a controlled environment.
• Handling the post-harvest process, including packing the produce neatly and accurately, and assisting with invoicing preparations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient greenhouse workspace.
